Meet Prince Mekhai Williams
My name is Prince Mekhai Williams. On June 13th, 2017, I made my grand entrance into the world at Baylor Hospital in Irving, Texas, welcomed by my amazing mom, Claudine Williams. My arrival was joyfully anticipated by my Godmother, Faye Congress, and my grandmother, Cheri Madkins, who both flew in from Chicago to be by my mommy’s side. I was also surrounded with love from my Aunt Rosalynn and cousin Evyn. June 13th, 2017, marked the beginning of my journey—and it couldn’t have started more perfectly.
Over the past seven years, I’ve embraced a life filled with love, joy, and purpose. As I step into my eighth year, I’m excited to continue growing into a happy, joyful, God-fearing, and respectful young man.
I have a passion for sports—I love soccer, swimming, and basketball. This year, I’m also beginning guitar lessons, which I’m really looking forward to. Music and dancing bring me so much joy. Michael Jackson and Prince are my favorite artists, and this year’s birthday theme is inspired by one of my favorite songs: “I Wanna Rock With You, by Michael Jackson.”
So come out and join us on June 13, 2025, at The EPIC in Grand Prairie for my “All White” Birthday Bash from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There will be food, drinks, music, and lots of dancing. You don’t want to miss it—let’s celebrate in style!

My Eight Years of Life Journey
01
Born 2017
On June 13, 2017, my mommy, Claudine, gave birth to me at Baylor Hospital in Irving, Texas. From the very beginning, I was welcomed into a loving and supportive family. My grandmom was the 1st to hold me. (I am here fav
My first year on earth was filled with breast milk, delicious food, and fun tummy-time adventures. On March 4, 2018, I dedicated my life to Christ through a special christening at Grace Community Church in Homewood-Flossmoor, Illinois. I was blessed by Reverend Black, surrounded by my loving mom and godparents, Yolanda Wallace and Fay Shegog Congress.

02
Terrible Two
My terrible twos were full of nonstop action! My Auntie Rosalynn bought me my very first set of wheels—a Mickey Mouse train and caboose set—and my cousin Evyn helped put it all together. I was one happy little guy!
I was also a little jet-setter early on. Mommy and I traveled to many exciting places, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Orlando. I even got my very first passport stamp when we visited Cabo San Lucas!

03
Movement Milestones
At the age of three, my mommy introduced me to theatre arts, swimming, and organized playgroups in Abilene, Texas. Those early experiences taught me how to have fun, stay active, and build strong connections with others. Today, I truly cherish spending time with my friends and family—they mean the world to me.
One of the most special moments of my life was meeting my big brother Tyrie for the first time—we formed a bond that will last a lifetime. In July 2019, he shared some exciting news: I was going to be an uncle! My first nephew, Amir, was born on November 2nd, and he’s been bringing joy to our family ever since. Being an uncle is so much fun—I love making Amir laugh, playing with him, and watching him grow. He inspires me to be the best big uncle I can be.

04
COVID & Abilene Texas
At the age of four, the COVID-19 pandemic hit us like a storm. We spent many days indoors, cooking, dancing, and listening to music. That’s when I first discovered Michael Jackson. I was amazed by his incredible singing and dancing—I instantly wanted to be just like him. His energy, creativity, and stage presence continue to inspire me every day.
To make one of my biggest dreams come true, Mommy took me to Las Vegas on January 30, 2020, to see Michael Jackson ONE, a Cirque du Soleil performance featuring his greatest hits. It was an unforgettable experience that made me fall in love with music and performing even more.

05
Moved to Grand Prairie
When I was five, we relocated back to the DFW Metroplex. I wasn’t alone anymore—I had my nephew Amir by my side, and we quickly became inseparable. I started school at Mike Moseley Elementary, where I had the sweetest teacher, Mrs. Munoz. She was so kind and made learning fun.
That year, I also fell in love with monster trucks and country music. My favorite song is “Country On” by Luke Bryan. The heartfelt lyrics and powerful messages in country music inspire me to love songs that connect with people and tell real stories.
My godmom Fay made sure I had every monster truck ever made! And one of the coolest moments was when my bro bro and cousin Evyn took me to get my very first haircut.
Wow—five was a year full of fun, family, and unforgettable memories.
